Simple question: How do I upload images / screenshots to be used in the manual?

User manual page names - advice

Hi,

When you initially create the translation start with the English version of the page name and add the two letter Language code, then move the page to your Languages version of the page name as then it will leave behind a redirection from the English page that is used by the Gramps programs Help function (as the builtin in help only adds the the two letter Language code to the English version of the page name)

Hint: a link with no existing page is shown in red and clicking on that link from my table will automatically start the creation of that wiki page :)

Make sure that the English pages are created and redirect to the Danish pages so that the User manual links in the Gramps program work when respective Help buttons are pressed.

Pages with broken file links

The Danish version of the User Manual chapter Settings Indstillinger has in the very last line "Category" the sentence "Pages with broken file links" added. I don't understand how this happens, as there are no broken links in the page.

Broken links in mediawiki for this case refer to the 3 missing images shown as red links on the page ( red links indicate the target image does not exist ). See the last column on this table that shows the other page with broken file links is the "Error and Warning Reference" page that has 4 missing images. The table also shows a summary other issues. Thanks. I noticed the 3 missing images in the Settings chapter, so added the 3 images in the Danish version of Settings, but that didn't change anything. Thougt that the "Pages with broken file links" were added automatic by the MedieWiki. Claus
