::::::::My opinion is yes that it is worth the effort for the very reason [https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/User_talk:Patsyblefebre/User_manual_translations_check_of_redirects_per_Language you mentioned ("Is the goal to ultimatly have a placeholders for the missing Languages also so that when a user presses "F1" or selects help from the menu it at least goes to a page requesting translation?
