Is this obsolete information?

It talks about changing a key for the Date's before/after/about ranges manually. Maybe this predates the Preferences tab tab GUI editor? https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/Gramps_5.1_Wiki_Manual_-_Settings#Dates

Check whether a Preferences GUI should be mentioned or if the information in this page is version specific
