The Combined View is a
Relationships category view addon that shows relationships and events for a person. It is similar to the builtin Relationships View that gives an overview of how records relate to each other within the context of a specific person.
It is essentially an updated relationships view with extra tabs for events, album, timeline and associations. You will notice that it is more compact than the existing Relationships view and more details are displayed such as attributes and citation media thumbnails.
This view is intentionally read only with limited editing controls.

Usage
From the
Relationships category view select the Combined view icon (Identical icon to the Relationships view unfortunately!) or select View > Combined from the menu.
Tabs
This view has the following five tabs:
Relationships
The Relationships (default) tab works almost like the existing Relationships View (apart from editing?)
Events
The Events tab displays all events related to the active person.
Album
The Album tab displays media as large thumbnails.
Timeline
The Timeline tab displays the same events as the Events tab but combines personal and family events and then sorts them by date. Clicking on an event will show more details, clicking on the edit button allows you to edit that event.
Associations
The Associations tab shows the available associations. Clicking on an association will make that person active, and clicking on the edit button allows you to edit that association.
Configure Options
You can modify various options on the Layout and Person tabs.
Layout tab
- Use shading
- Display edit buttons
