Please place the css file in your plugins User directories css directory <code>\gramps\css\</code> and select it from the reports {{man label|Stylesheet:}} option found on the [[Gramps_{{Version manual}}_Wiki_Manual_-_Reports_-_part_7#HTML_Options|HTML Options]] tab.
